Plywood

​Here at The Wood Yard we stock a wide range of plywoods, Mdf, OSB etc and with our on-site cutting facility offer a wide variety of sizes.
We stock higher grade panels and when choosing your plywood its worth considering these three important factors;
Face Veneer – our plywood has B/BB grade Hardwood veneers.
Core - the core is Eucalyptus, a solid hardwood which means boards are more stable and ideal for cutting
Glue Line / Bond - our plywoods have a strong Class 2 bond designed for humid conditions, allowing occasional wetting or condensation.
We also stock Marine Plywood which has the best, Class 3 bond which allows for Permanent exposure to the weather or constant wetting.
